At Gina K. Designs, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that stamp sets, dies, and cardstock are protected from damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our warehouse facility.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
